Refund policy

• SOLIDS does not offer a “cash refund”. Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before solids starts processing the shipment. Or if an article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.

• Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. Solid has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
