RETURN POLICY

SOLIDS does not offer a “cash refund”. Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before solids starts processing the shipment. Or if an article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.

Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. Solid has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Any items purchased from SALE cannot be returned or exchanged

Our order delivery time is 3-5 working days
All Eid orders will take a minimum of 10 working days to be shipped
You are applicable for exchange if you inform us within 24hrs.
The item should be unworn and tagged if you wish to exchange.
Solids has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - items out of stock, pricing errors, article found defective in Quality control etc
The charges for deliveries all over Pakistan are PKR 200/-.Charges of international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment and can be seen once you checkout.
